Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer objectives, technology landscapes, workflows, requirements, and architectural considerations.
- Translate customer requirements into practical solution approaches and articulate the business value of ICIS data.
- Act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, supporting qualification, technical validation, proof-of-value activities, and successful technical outcomes.
- Design integration approaches for ICIS data within customer analytics, reporting, data platform, and AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with customers, implementation partners, and system integrators to optimize data consumption across platforms, workflows, and pipelines.
- Develop demonstrations, proofs of concept, technical validations, and customer-facing workshops.
- Document customer architectures, data flows, and technical requirements.
- Provide market feedback and product-gap insight to Product and Marketing teams to inform future strategy.
Requirements
- Proven customer-facing experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Data Engineering, or a similar role.
- Ability to lead technical workshops, support sales opportunities, and communicate the commercial impact of technical solutions.
- Practical understanding of modern AI ecosystems, including LLMs, AI Agents, and retrieval-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Python, APIs, modern authentication methods, and cloud-based data architectures.
- Solid understanding of modern data platforms and transforming raw data into usable assets.
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar technologies is advantageous.
- Curiosity, adaptability, customer focus, and a strong commercial instinct.
