Base Salary
$175k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and operate a mini cloud platform for integration runtime, including durable execution, sandboxed isolation, and self-healing capabilities.
- Build and scale agent infrastructure that enables coding agents to write, test, and deploy integration code in production.
- Own the full observability pipeline for logs, metrics, and distributed tracing as a single-tenant, self-hostable product.
- Establish architectural patterns and standards for future infrastructure work.
- Partner with founders, ship to production frequently, and help hire the infrastructure team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering, ideally at a high-growth startup.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing production observability pipelines for logs, metrics, and distributed tracing.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Background at a top-tier technology or professional services organization is a strong positive signal.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous, and under-resourced environments.
- Interest in growing into a leadership role within 12 months.
