Responsibilities
- Write, test, debug, and improve software for new features and product enhancements.
- Participate in technical discussions, design decisions, and software architecture work with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Help maintain and improve continuous integration and continuous delivery tools and pipelines.
- Gather requirements, define technical specifications, and create test plans with stakeholders.
- Learn new technologies, share knowledge, and explore improvements to technical processes and solutions.
Requirements
- Be actively enrolled in a post-secondary education program and have a graduation date after the co-op term ends.
- Be available for a 4- or 8-month, 40-hour-per-week co-op term from January to April 2027 or January to August 2027.
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada for the full co-op term without requiring current or future sponsorship.
- Work from the Toronto office at least three days per week.
- Demonstrate programming fundamentals and experience with one or more of Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Have a solid understanding of data structures and coding concepts, along with problem-solving, debugging, ownership, collaboration, and learning skills.
- Demonstrate customer empathy and comfort using AI tools while critically evaluating their output.
- Familiarity with Git, AWS or GCP, and React is preferred.
