Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Architect and scale the data infrastructure and backend services for the CRM.
- Design and optimize data models to support CRM workflows and AI-driven insights.
- Develop observability and metrics for smooth operation and proactive issue detection.
- Mentor teammates and participate in code reviews.
- Contribute to building a world-class engineering team through recruiting and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on infrastructure and backend systems.
- Deep experience in building scalable, high-performance data infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization, especially in PostgreSQL.
- Excitement about Large Language Models and their application.
- Ability to quickly learn a tech stack that includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering with a degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive projects independently.
- Clear communication skills for articulating technical decisions.
