Base Salary
$65k - $65k/yr
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and scripted data migration tasks for new customers.
- Develop and maintain web scrapers to extract data and map it to database fields.
- Investigate legacy software to determine effective data extraction approaches.
- Implement migration pipelines and real-time or asynchronous synchronization between enterprise systems.
- Create customer-specific migration jobs aligned with go-live requirements.
- Write field-level transformation and validation code for reliable data movement.
- Verify migration pipelines, validate each stage, and generate reconciliation reports.
- Assist with software development of custom client features when needed for launch.
- Collaborate with the SaaS implementation manager and customer stakeholders on requirements and integration points.
Requirements
- Be based in Brazil and willing to work from home.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of Ruby on Rails experience.
- Have intermediate-to-expert proficiency analyzing and migrating SQL databases.
- Have experience building data pipelines in imperfect environments, including handling rate limits, HTTP errors, and network issues.
- Have experience in agile software development environments.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
