Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Manage supporting IT infrastructure and onboard, configure, and customize applications in DevOps tools.
- Create user-access workflows and provision access according to defined processes.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations connecting software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment activities in DevOps environments.
- Provide internal and external customer support for DevOps tools across multiple platforms.
- Resolve support tickets within specified turnaround times, follow escalation procedures, and perform root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in DevOps.
- Experience automating and streamlining integration, deployment, testing, configuration, and monitoring processes.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting for release and infrastructure integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot DevOps tools and resolve customer issues within defined service targets.
