Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and intelligent systems for cloud-based and cloud-native architectures.
- Develop agent-driven workflows with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Incubate AI product ideas, validate solutions, build robust implementations, and prepare them for production adoption.
- Support the Build-Operate-Transfer transition of proven capabilities to business-aligned technology teams.
- Contribute to agent orchestration, prompt engineering, tool integration, retrieval-based systems, evaluation frameworks, observability, and guardrails.
- Apply automated testing, code reviews, code quality practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
- Manage technical debt and improve AI platforms and infrastructure.
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and identify opportunities to apply AI agents for business value and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of professional development experience in an object-oriented language, with Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures using AWS or Azure, containerized microservices, and agent frameworks.
- Exposure to or strong interest in AI-enabled systems, intelligent workflows, or agentic applications.
- Familiarity with agent orchestration, tool integration, retrieval-based systems, evaluation approaches, monitoring, or guardrails is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a commitment to quality, and comfort with continuous delivery and a fast-evolving technology landscape.
- Preferred experience includes understanding financial markets and financial instruments and contributing to reusable platform components or shared engineering capabilities.
