Base Salary
$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
- Translate technical complexity into clear business value for prospects.
- Lead technical discovery conversations to understand customer needs.
- Design solution configurations that fit customer operational realities.
- Own the technical sections of RFP responses and security questionnaires.
- Build and maintain a library of demo environments and technical documentation.
- Conduct proof-of-concept deployments and trials as needed.
- Support the sales process as the subject matter expert on Rockbot's platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or related technical roles.
- Ability to engage in technical conversations with IT and operations teams.
- Hands-on experience with hardware/software integrations and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with in-venue technology such as AV systems and digital signage is preferred.
- Strong demo and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and technical documentation tools.
- Excellent written communication skills for RFPs and internal documentation.
