Responsibilities
- Define the future of AI-assisted underwriting by designing intuitive workflows.
- Own the cross-platform frontend and design system for the platform.
- Establish frontend patterns, libraries, and review standards for the engineering team.
- Rapidly iterate features from concept to production based on customer feedback.
- Drive tools and process improvements to enhance prototyping and production velocity.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience building AI-native interfaces or complex, data-dense applications.
- Ability to work across the stack, including understanding Go/Python backends.
- Track record of leading product surfaces end-to-end.
- Strong product orientation and a passion for solving complex workflow problems.
