Base Salary
$153k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design and delivery of complex features for the SaaS Manager platform.
- Lead and contribute to technical design discussions, write design documents, surface risks, propose solutions, and build consensus.
- Establish and uphold testing, code quality, documentation, and observability standards through hands-on engineering and code reviews.
- Partner with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and make sound engineering tradeoffs.
- Mentor less experienced developers through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Evaluate and share practical uses of agentic AI tools that create leverage in software development.
- Help evolve the application and engineering practices toward enterprise-scale operation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, and MongoDB or similar technologies.
- Ability to independently solve large, complex engineering problems and own systems and features.
- Expertise in the features and systems owned by the team, with the ability to identify gaps and propose improvements.
- Ability to champion technical innovation, maintain high code quality, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
- Strong mentoring, design documentation, code review, testing, and technical collaboration skills.
- Practical, curious approach to using agentic AI in the software development lifecycle.
