Base Salary

$126k - $197k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, integrate, and productionize Generative AI solutions, traditional software applications, and multi-agent GenAI systems.
  • Partner with users and stakeholders to define use cases, gather requirements, establish success criteria, and deliver intuitive user experiences.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives and end-to-end software delivery across Manufacturing, Legal, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales.
  • Serve as product owner by defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, incorporating user feedback, and planning releases.
  • Lead development from design through deployment and manage debugging, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement for deployed applications.
  • Build scalable, reusable, well-documented architectures that address technical debt and meet security and compliance standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster collaboration, pair programming, and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, and Office 365 teams on approvals, architecture, security, and governance reviews.
  • Communicate progress regularly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is required.
  • At least 8 years of advanced backend development experience with Python and JavaScript is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing, coding in Python, and deploying complex GenAI and multi-agent GenAI systems in production is required.
  • At least 2 years of UI and frontend development experience with React.js, TypeScript, and HTML is required.
  • Strong hands-on experience with GenAI architectures, multi-agent systems, embeddings, advanced RAG, hybrid search, agentic search, vector search, and full-text search is required.
  • Experience developing, deploying, and evaluating GenAI solutions, including use of evaluation frameworks and production cost-performance optimization, is required.
  • Strong proficiency with Pydantic models and their use in scalable GenAI architectures and workflows is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to translate user needs into technical specifications are required.
  • Experience with PyTorch and task-specific model-performance iteration is preferred.
  • Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines in Azure-based environments is preferred.
  • Experience integrating machine learning models into custom applications is preferred.
  • Azure Kubernetes experience is preferred.
  • Experience designing and applying knowledge graphs to GenAI solutions is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for current AI and machine learning research and a GitHub portfolio are welcomed.
