Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Design scalable mobile architectures and lead shared-code strategies between React web and React Native.
- Build and maintain monorepo infrastructure, including dependency management, caching, incremental builds, versioning, and publishing.
- Develop shared component libraries, business logic, utilities, services, type definitions, hooks, contexts, and state-management patterns for web and mobile.
- Implement production-ready features, responsive interfaces, native modules, and performance optimizations.
- Design and implement comprehensive E2E, visual regression, snapshot, unit, and integration testing strategies.
- Configure E2E tests in CI/CD pipelines with device and simulator management.
- Establish coding, architecture, testing, and maintainability standards across the mobile team.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, project management, and web development teams.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and conduct architecture-focused code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on React Native.
- Proven experience delivering commercial mobile applications from concept through launch.
- Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and state management.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of native modules using Swift or Kotlin is a plus.
- Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and delivery skills.
