Base Salary
$100k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and scale LLM-based systems for processing unstructured data.
- Make architectural decisions and set technical direction under ambiguity.
- Drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and surface blockers.
- Experiment with new ideas and iterate based on measured results.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Experience with LLMs in production and deploying them at scale.
- Familiarity with AWS and serverless technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
