Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for agentic AI, knowledge graph, semantic, data modeling, and enterprise platform architecture.
- Design graph, data, and integration architectures connecting planning, warehouse, inventory, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
- Build ingestion pipelines, transformation and mapping processes, entity resolution, schema or ontology alignment, validation, and batch or streaming update patterns.
- Develop platform tooling and reusable capabilities that allow agents to traverse enterprise data and graph structures.
- Drive technical decisions involving graph architecture, AI integration, agentic workflows, quality evaluators, constraint validation, and query-time reasoning.
- Evaluate emerging graph, semantic, agentic AI, and enterprise data technologies and define scalable architecture patterns.
- Mentor team members and influence technical direction across product, engineering, platform, and customer-facing groups.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in enterprise software architecture, applied AI, data modeling, knowledge graphs or semantic systems, or supply chain technology.
- Deep practical understanding of enterprise supply chain or adjacent operational systems and their data models and integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience designing platform software, developer tooling, composable capabilities, workbench products, prototypes, proofs of concept, or early systems.
- Experience with data modeling, semantic modeling, ontologies, knowledge graphs, knowledge representation, architecture patterns, governance, standards, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI and agentic engineering, including building software artifacts, applications, plans, evaluators, or workflows using agentic development approaches and GitHub-native engineering practices.
- Experience architecting large-scale graph, semantic, and data platforms integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- Ability to define long-term platform evolution strategies and distinguish reusable platform architecture from customer-specific implementation.
- Strong technical judgment, communication, collaboration, and ability to translate emerging research and technologies into practical product capabilities.
- Preferred experience with RDF, OWL, SHACL, SPARQL, temporal modeling, digital twins, operational intelligence, enterprise orchestration, enterprise SaaS, RAG, LLM applications, explainable AI, evaluators, or agentic quality frameworks.
