Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software installation or modification activities and evaluate software-hardware interfaces and performance requirements.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Track customer feedback and requests, support timely delivery, and maintain quality of client interactions.
- Monitor continuous integration, deployment, implementation, throughput, release-plan adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and current best practices.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Experience developing, testing, debugging, modifying, and maintaining software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to create and execute software validation test cases and scenarios.
- Ability to document technical solutions and prepare accurate project reports.
- Ability to coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams on requirements, status, and delivery.
