Responsibilities
- Analyze financial services and manufacturing trends to identify high-value AI and generative AI application scenarios.
- Design and develop AI solutions for use cases such as risk management, customer service, claims processing, compliance review, quality inspection, predictive maintenance, and supply chain optimization.
- Drive solutions from proof-of-concept validation through production deployment in collaboration with key customers.
- Standardize and productize validated solutions, replicate them across customers, and establish industry best practices.
- Develop industry heatmaps, solution playbooks, first-of-a-kind solutions, and architectural initiatives for key accounts.
- Lead cross-functional AWS resources and own the full lifecycle of solution development and pilot cases.
- Mentor new team members and colleagues based on areas of expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- 7+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in application or infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- Preferred experience working in software development or Internet-related industries.
- Preferred experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Preferred experience working with AWS technologies from a development/operations perspective.
