Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve scalable full-stack content services and user interfaces, including APIs, system designs, and data models.
- Implement high-quality code across services, APIs, data layers, and user interfaces while following standards for testing, code review, and documentation.
- Own the end-to-end technical execution of features, including problem decomposition, estimation, implementation, deployment, and operational support.
- Use metrics, logging, and experimentation to debug issues, optimize performance, and improve reliability and user experience.
- Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions and apply AI/ML concepts to content products.
- Collaborate across domains to build reusable and extensible components and platforms for multiple content use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent related professional experience.
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of features or services across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, GraphQL, REST APIs, Node.js, JavaScript, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with AI-driven systems and tools, including prompting LLMs to generate production-quality code and critically reviewing AI-generated code.
- Bilingual French and English communication skills.
- Preferred: experience with multi-service or domain-level architectures, scalable system operations, performance optimization, observability, incident response, automated testing, CI/CD, experimentation, and production AI agents or agentic workflows.
