Responsibilities
- Develop new application solutions and features aligned with business and engineering requirements.
- Perform unit and component testing, code reviews, debugging, maintenance, and post-production support.
- Analyze technical requirements and recommend practical engineering solutions, estimates, and designs.
- Collaborate with technology partners and stakeholders to meet performance, quality, delivery, and innovation goals.
- Document and verify system components, infrastructure, security, integrations, operability, and architecture designs.
- Provide technical expertise during incident management, including impact assessment, communications, and resolution.
- Participate in quality reviews, operational readiness reviews, gating activities, and remediation plans.
- Identify automation, defect-prevention, process-improvement, and cost-effectiveness opportunities.
- Support risk management, governance, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement across engineering practices.
- Mentor and enable team members through knowledge sharing, guidance, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, or technical certificate.
- Strong academic background, such as computer science or engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes, and procedures.
- Experience independently performing complex technical tasks and developing, integrating, coding, testing, and debugging programs.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and support quality, risk, governance, and operational objectives.
