Base Salary
$230k - $322k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement content discovery algorithms for personalized user experiences.
- Drive the vision for the notifications relevance team by understanding the Reddit Notifications product.
- Enhance recommendation capabilities, including retrieval, ranking models, and budget optimization.
- Deploy ML models, integrate LLMs, and ensure robust monitoring and product integration.
- Serve as the primary ML domain expert and drive architectural decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience with expertise in large-scale recommendation systems.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements in notifications relevance.
- Strong experience in building and deploying large-scale ML models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with LLM in production and utilizing generative AI for recommendations.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, particularly in Python and Golang.
- Experience with state-of-the-art model architectures is a plus.
- Experience building production Agentic AI frameworks is a plus.
