Responsibilities
- Design automated and manual tests to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
- Collaborate with product managers, product designers, and developers to develop product requirements and translate them into tests.
- Test new software solutions supporting AspenTech’s Performance Engineering vision.
- Develop software behavior tests using Gherkin.
- Evaluate the feasibility of adopting new and developing technologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or an Engineering field.
- At least 5 years of professional software testing experience.
- Experience testing software systems using a variety of programming languages.
- Experience developing software behavior tests using Gherkin.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in written and verbal English.
- Experience with C# and C++ is a plus.
- Experience with engineering simulators used in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
