Base Salary
$137k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the DevOps and deployment architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across cloud engineering, automation, release management, and operational support.
- Design, implement, and support AWS-based architectures and collaborate with application teams on cloud adoption and architecture reviews.
- Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and manage Terraform (HCL) infrastructure as code for AWS resources.
- Coordinate application deployments across environments using controlled rollout and minimal-downtime practices.
- Integrate and manage DAST, SAST, SCA, penetration-testing, and Sonar security and code-quality tools.
- Coordinate deployments through ServiceNow while enforcing ITSM, change-management, approval, documentation, and rollback practices.
- Lead production incident triage, communication, resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Partner with development, security, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to align architecture, releases, and technical direction.
- Coach team members, influence cross-functional decisions, and drive improvements in tools, processes, and reliability.
Requirements
- Strong AWS solution-architecture knowledge with hands-on cloud implementation experience.
- Proven experience using Terraform (HCL) for infrastructure provisioning.
- Hands-on experience creating and managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong deployment, CI/CD, and ServiceNow-based release-process experience.
- Deep understanding of DAST, SAST, SCA, penetration testing, Sonar, or equivalent code-quality tools.
- Solid experience with ITSM change-management processes, incident management, root-cause analysis, and production support.
- Ability to lead technical architecture discussions, make sound design decisions, and own end-to-end DevOps solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with GitHub Actions is preferred, particularly alongside GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience in regulated or enterprise-scale environments and prior release-coordination or deployment-ownership experience are preferred.
- Exposure to Agile or DevSecOps operating models is preferred.
