Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and client needs to design feasible software solutions.
- Develop, modify, debug, and optimize software modules and programs.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend system improvements or modifications.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, release schedules, and software quality assurance.
- Create code comments, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, documentation, reports, and project status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, respond to customer requests, gather feedback, and support customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming and engineering skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Azure DevOps.
- Ability to design, code, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and document software programs.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into software designs and implementations.
- Ability to develop automated validation processes and execute software test scenarios.
- Ability to investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and availability.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
