Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software functions for HRMS modules including Time Management, Payroll, Leave Management, and related systems.
- Conduct system analysis and development in accordance with architectural standards and design principles.
- Implement code for user stories, develop and execute unit tests, and review test cases using test-driven development practices.
- Participate in Scrum activities, including daily sprint meetings, development implementation, and collaborative design decisions.
- Perform root cause analysis and deliver sustainable solutions for system defects.
- Support the technical security and maintenance of core HR systems and customer data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development and systems analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in C#, VB.Net, .NET Framework, T-SQL, DevExpress reporting tools, DevOps, and APIs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of regional payroll systems and regulations across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, China, Vietnam, Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
- Expertise in payroll processing, time and attendance, leave management, and claims processing practices.
- Strong understanding of HRMS legislation, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and system optimization skills.
- Professional experience with Agile development, Scrum, and test-driven development.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
