Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements.
- Design integration requirements with third-party platforms and design data models.
- Define architectural and development standards in adherence to Appian best practices.
- Prepare high-level technical specifications for solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure overall delivery quality.
- Interact with customers daily as the primary customer contact and present demonstrations.
- Run major sprint ceremonies and plan project releases.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing with business users and business analysts.
- Perform application deployments.
- Enable the development team to improve its capabilities.
- Oversee infrastructure setup for on-premise projects.
- Work with offshore teams during development.
Requirements
- IT degree.
- 4–6 years of experience developing enterprise-level web applications using an object-oriented technology stack.
- 1–2 years of experience designing web applications.
- 1–2 years of experience leading a team of developers.
- Experience with J2EE platforms, .NET platforms, and relational database platforms including Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and networks.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- BPM experience is preferred.
