Responsibilities
- Perform black-box testing of Amazon Music features.
- Write, modify, and maintain high-quality test cases.
- Create automation scripts for low-complexity test cases.
- Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts and reproduce product defects or script failures.
- Identify, track, accurately report, and escalate defects while communicating status.
- Learn and apply QA procedures, guidelines, and policies for newly launched features.
- Use software tools for QA, testing, and data capture.
- Analyze applications and compare features across versions to identify changes and coverage gaps.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of non-internship professional software development testing experience.
- Experience scripting for automation using Python, Perl, or Ruby.
- Ability to understand language, vocabulary, grammar, and contextual information.
- Preferred experience with API and mobile testing.
