Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade AI-driven solutions.
- Develop machine learning and generative AI capabilities to address business problems.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Trading, and Operations stakeholders on practical technology solutions.
- Apply modern AI frameworks, tooling, and deployment patterns.
- Identify opportunities for AI-led automation and continuous improvement across engineering workflows.
- Advance AI-assisted design, development, testing, documentation, and operational support.
- Promote engineering best practices and AI-led development within small agile teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing, building, and delivering scalable technology solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience applying machine learning or generative AI to meaningful business use cases.
- Strong understanding of embedding AI across the software development lifecycle.
- Strong Java and Python development skills in mission-critical application environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Financial-services industry experience is preferred.
