Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select technologies.
- Apply AI to increase team velocity and solve infrastructure-related problems.
- Perform integration testing, process automation, monitoring, and bug fixing.
- Develop full-stack web applications, backend systems, pipelines, or tools across varied codebases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of software development experience, or one year of software development experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
- Two years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- Poland-based compensation is listed as PLN 280,000–287,000 plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
