Base Salary
$93k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions and feature enhancements.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications supporting Medicare business needs.
- Develop and enhance applications using SQL Server technologies.
- Write, test, and optimize complex database queries, stored procedures, scripts, triggers, functions, and indexes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database and application issues.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA testers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and optimize data integrity, accuracy, reliability, and system performance.
- Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, stored procedure creation and optimization, database objects, triggers, functions, indexes, dynamic SQL, and parameterized stored procedures.
- Preferred 3–5 years of experience with SSIS, SSRS, and writing variables within SSIS.
- Preferred proficiency with GitHub and DevOps tools or practices.
- Preferred 1–3 years of experience with AI developer tools such as Copilot, DevOps, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, MongoDB, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform.

- Base pay range of $92,700.00–$185,400.00, excluding bonus, commission, or short-term incentives.
