Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core.
- Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Lead CI/CD strategies and deploy stable, secure cloud platforms.
- Operate and troubleshoot pipelines using GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Artifactory, and Octopus Deploy.
- Automate repetitive tasks with Python, shell scripting, and PowerShell.
- Develop test automation frameworks and strategies for continuous integration and delivery.
- Perform web services and API testing using Postman, Bruno, and similar tools.
- Implement and maintain logging and monitoring with CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Splunk, Observe, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Apply QA patterns including test-driven development and behavior-driven development.
- Collaborate with application teams and lead teams while debugging and troubleshooting applications.
Requirements
- 12+ years of industry experience as a .NET backend engineer.
- Experience with .NET Core, MVC, REST APIs, microservices, and preferably .NET Framework and Kafka.
- Experience with unit, integration, and acceptance testing and Selenium.
- Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and C#, including object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with Git-based source control, TeamCity or Jenkins, and Octopus or comparable deployment tooling.
- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle, with MongoDB experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, including EC2, VPC, ASG, ALB, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and S3.
- Familiarity with Splunk or similar monitoring tools and preferably AppDynamics or comparable performance tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
