Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own the reference architecture for the AI platform, including API abstractions and model serving.
- Lead evaluations for AI components and design foundational data pipelines.
- Contribute to backend development in Python and RESTful API design.
- Build and maintain tooling and SDKs for AI adoption by product teams.
- Implement integrations with LLMs and establish observability for AI services.
- Collaborate with Product to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Mentor L3–L4 engineers through code reviews and architectural guidance.
Requirements
- 8+ years in professional software engineering with cross-team architectural influence.
- Proven end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features from concept to production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and RESTful API development.
- Experience with full-stack development using React and TypeScript.
- Hands-on integration with third-party LLM/AI APIs.
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to author durable technical proposals.
- Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
