Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise software solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Apply AI capabilities to automate business processes, generate intelligent insights, and integrate AI into enterprise workflows.
- Lead application design and development activities while serving as the primary point of contact.
- Act as a subject matter expert and guide team decisions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage team members to support delivery and resolve technical challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and improve team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Align application and AI solution development with business objectives, scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of overall experience is required.
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS is specified.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with cloud architecture and deployment strategies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
