Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, integration, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards, code quality practices, scalability objectives, and performance requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team performance, and make technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to cross-team decisions and solutions.
- Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA and SAP UI5 Development is stated.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA and SAP UI5 Development is required.
- Expertise in designing scalable and high-performance custom software architectures is required.
- Experience with code reviews and software development best practices is required.
- Familiarity with system integration techniques and tools is required.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing collaborative development efforts is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
