Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and maintain scalable web applications for a range of clients.
- Provide technical leadership, contribute to architecture and technical design, and make sound implementation decisions.
- Write maintainable code, lead code reviews, mentor developers, and improve development standards.
- Advocate for automated testing, investigate complex technical issues, and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to estimations, risk and dependency identification, task breakdown, and client meetings.
- Use and help establish responsible practices for AI-assisted development tools.
Requirements
- Experience taking a leading role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality web applications.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, write clean maintainable code, contribute to architecture, and support coding standards.
- Experience with code reviews, mentoring developers, automated testing, troubleshooting, project planning, and client communication.
- Strong experience with Docker and containerized development environments is desirable.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud infrastructure platforms is desirable.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, application performance optimization, database optimization, caching, and automated testing strategies is desirable.
- Experience evaluating developer tools, including AI-assisted development tools, is desirable.
- Experience with React Native or other mobile application development frameworks is desirable.
