Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver AI-powered solutions that accelerate access to medicines.
  • Develop ML pipelines that can incorporate new and more effective modeling approaches.
  • Partner with business and IT groups to scale and operationalize AI solutions.
  • Educate the broader business on practical AI applications and value.
  • Serve as a knowledge expert in foundation models and communicate recommendations and impact to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead or contribute to implementation of new technologies, especially LLM-based solutions.
  • Analyze complex environments, recommend solutions, and execute initiatives through completion.
  • Identify future-state organizational, technical, and cultural changes and implement transition plans.

Requirements

  • University degree and 6+ years of experience in data and analytics or related work.
  • Advanced knowledge of data provisioning, data mining, data visualization, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Programming experience in Python and/or R, with hands-on experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience developing and deploying generative AI solutions, fine-tuning deep learning models, and working with unstructured and semi-structured data.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, vector databases, cloud environments, MLOps principles, and the model development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of GitHub, AWS, MLflow or equivalent model-governance tools, or related technologies.
  • Desirable experience building RAG pipelines, chat applications, and AI agents.
  • Desirable familiarity with LlamaIndex, LangChain, Hugging Face models, and vision models.
  • Ability to present insights, explain implications, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead complex initiatives.
