Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Perform software debugging and troubleshooting and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist with developing and implementing application support best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve application performance.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to application support initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.
- Work independently and develop subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Python.
- Proficiency in Python is required.
- Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Experience with AI agents and workflow integration is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
