Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver scalable custom software solutions.
- Create efficient data models and translate complex data requirements into scalable data structures.
- Support relational and non-relational database systems and data integration processes.
- Collaborate with multiple software development teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and provide solutions across teams.
- Lead software development best-practice initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Proficiency in data modeling techniques and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of database design principles and efficient data model creation.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into scalable data structures.
- Experience with relational and non-relational database systems.
- Familiarity with data integration and transformation processes.
- Ability to align data models with application architecture through collaboration with software development teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
