Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and customization of SAP production-planning applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact across multiple teams.
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP production-planning environments.
- Make team-level and cross-team decisions and provide solutions to complex problems.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and oversee implementation of best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, and team productivity improvements.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, with the posting additionally specifying a minimum of 8 years in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control for discrete industries is required.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows is required.
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet business requirements is required.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into solutions is required.
- Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, collaboration, and communication skills are required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
