Responsibilities
- Build and deploy machine learning and LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, and automation pipelines.
- Prototype AI use cases and convert validated prototypes into maintainable production components, services, or applications.
- Own the assigned solutions’ design, build, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support lifecycle.
- Apply MLOps practices including model versioning, experiment tracking, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Support feature engineering, model validation, performance testing, model evaluation, and drift monitoring.
- Implement prompt engineering, orchestration workflows, tool use/function calling, and RAG pipelines.
- Build intelligent automation workflows integrating AI models with ERP, CRM, and ITSM platforms.
- Develop APIs and microservices and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for deployed AI solutions.
- Collaborate with the AI Architect and data engineering teams and provide enablement sessions, demos, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data, or AI.
- 3–5 years of working experience, including at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or LLM application development.
- Strong Python proficiency, including FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and data manipulation.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG systems, and vector database integrations.
- Experience with API development and enterprise system integration.
- Experience with AutoGen, CrewAI, and LangGraph agentic frameworks.
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source models through HuggingFace.
- Exposure to model training, MLOps practices, and fine-tuning workflows.
- Experience contributing hands-on technical design, engineering, implementation, and support to AI, data-driven platform, automation, or IT transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to collaborative projects and agile delivery; 0–1 years of management experience is listed.
