Base Salary
$109k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scale the AI platform for high performance and integrate new AI capabilities through application programming interfaces.
- Design, develop, and implement tools and frameworks for ML experimentation and deployment.
- Manage GPU and CPU resources and optimize AI model execution for performance and cost.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into the platform.
- Create and manage data movement and pipelines supporting AI model training and inference.
- Analyze platform performance metrics and user feedback to guide platform improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply AI platform capabilities to product development.
- Implement security protocols and governance measures to protect data integrity and support compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of the education requirement where applicable.
- At least 4 years of experience in ML platform engineering, data, MLOps tools, and ML frameworks.
- At least 3 years of experience working with GPU and CPU infrastructure and optimizing ML models for performance.
- At least 3 years of programming language experience.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a listed quantitative, technical, or analytical field.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience defining technical requirements and performing high-level design for complex solutions.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, the Hadoop ecosystem, Druid, Trino, BigQuery, and Google Vertex AI.
