Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Design and implement architecture, APIs, algorithms, and neural networks for scalable classification and redaction of sensitive information and AI threat surfaces.
- Implement solutions in specialized ML areas and contribute to model optimization and data processing.
- Collaborate through design and code reviews to ensure code quality, testability, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, networks, and service operations.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and update it based on product changes and user feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another specialized ML field.
- At least 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, or debugging.
- At least 1 year of software development experience with Java or Kotlin.
- Experience in infrastructure, platforms, or backend software engineering.
- Preferred: master's degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: programming experience in Kotlin and working experience with Google Cloud Platform.
Benefits
- US base salary of $147000 - $210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
