Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Participate in or lead design reviews to select among available technologies.
- Review peer code and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product changes and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their effects on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of experience developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or working with compute technologies or storage.
- Two years of software development experience, or one year of software development experience in an industry setting with an advanced degree.
- One year of experience with applied AI/ML or GenAI technologies.
- Experience developing software in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or Go.
- Experience with distributed systems.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience shipping 0-to-1 AI applications with understanding of product, quality, and infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience developing cloud or SaaS products.
- Preferred: knowledge of data warehouses, big data, SQL, and data governance.
Benefits
- US base pay is $147000–$210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
