Base Salary

$207k - $300k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-availability, large-scale server code in C++, Java, or Go for content analysis.
  • Create algorithms for detecting AI security risks and classifying structured and unstructured sensitive information.
  • Train, evaluate, and productionize ML/NLP models for token tagging and payload classification.
  • Build data mining pipelines, synthetic data generation pipelines, and datasets for training and evaluation.
  • Partner with research groups and provide technical guidance while collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Eight years of software development experience.
  • Five years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, or fine-tuning.
  • Experience with distributed processing and large-scale data processing.
  • Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: eight years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Preferred: three years in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
  • Preferred: three years working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.

Benefits

  • US base pay is $207000-$300000, plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
