Responsibilities
- Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems for customer lifecycle workflows.
- Drive projects from ideation through implementation and into production.
- Build and maintain production backend services and APIs.
- Contribute to customer-facing and internal web applications.
- Design and maintain integrations with external business platforms.
- Work across internal services and external systems to ensure reliable data flows.
- Continuously improve the existing codebase and strengthen CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in on-call rotations for services your team runs.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and pragmatic solutions.
Requirements
- Strong professional software engineering experience with modern programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or Go.
- Experience building and maintaining production backend services and APIs.
- Solid frontend development experience using TypeScript in modern web applications.
- Ability to deliver end-to-end features across backend systems and customer-facing web experiences.
- Experience with integrations between internal services and third-party platforms.
- Familiarity with external business systems like NetSuite or Salesforce.
- Experience in a 'you build it, you own it' environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in distributed teams.
