Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement monitoring, alerting, logging, observability, and KPI dashboard capabilities.
- Provide advanced production support, troubleshooting, incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.
- Drive system stability, defect remediation, production readiness, deployment validation, and operational compliance.
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks, support procedures, and production best-practice patterns.
- Lead performance analysis and provide technical guidance on system optimization and application reliability.
- Support a 24x7x365 environment through on-call rotations, shift coverage, knowledge sharing, and team backup responsibilities.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Linux systems administration, scripting, and complex production troubleshooting using Shell, Python, Perl, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and technologies including Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, BOSH, Docker, and containerization solutions.
- Knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, API gateways, OAuth 2.0, middleware, application platforms, and Java-based enterprise applications.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD and automation pipelines using Ansible, Rundeck, Argo CD, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting distributed systems, high-volume web applications, message brokers, search platforms, and relational and NoSQL databases.
- Deep expertise in observability, application performance monitoring, centralized logging, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, Zabbix, Checkmk, Graylog, and Kibana.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and network issues while applying security and operational best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical ability, organizational skills, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
