Responsibilities
- Assess the current monitoring, logging, and observability environment.
- Install, configure, and administer Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate.
- Instrument pilot applications using Dynatrace best practices.
- Integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment validation.
- Develop dashboards for engineering and business stakeholders.
- Create technical documentation and implementation guides.
- Conduct onboarding workshops and monitoring discovery sessions.
- Configure Real User Monitoring (RUM) and Synthetic Monitoring capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of enterprise monitoring or observability experience.
- Three or more years of hands-on Dynatrace administration and implementation.
- Experience supporting cloud and hybrid enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience leading customer/application onboarding workshops.
- Hands-on experience implementing Synthetic Monitoring and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Experience onboarding cloud-native and hybrid applications into Dynatrace.
