Responsibilities
- Build and scale configuration management processes for the robotic fleet.
- Automate enterprise-scale AWS account management and infrastructure deployments.
- Design and maintain OTA software deployment systems for robotic assets.
- Support migration and management of enterprise AuthN/AuthZ for internal and external applications.
- Implement and improve robotics observability tooling for robot-to-cloud integration and monitoring.
- Develop automated incident reporting and escalation tooling for production issues.
- Collaborate with product engineers to align the platform with robotic fleet and application needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in production support, software development, and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency managing AWS cloud environments and understanding multi-account deployments.
- Experience with or strong interest in remote robotics tooling such as Foxglove or Rerun.
- Experience with enterprise AuthN/AuthZ and secure identity management at scale.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed issues and automate manual operational tasks.
- Understanding of software development best practices, reusable code, and automated testing.
