Responsibilities
- Build and scale configuration management processes for the robotic fleet.
- Automate complex infrastructure processes, including AWS account management.
- Design and maintain OTA software deployment systems for seamless updates.
- Support migration and management of enterprise-level AuthN and AuthZ.
- Implement and enhance robotics observability tooling for monitoring.
- Develop automated incident reporting and escalation tooling.
- Collaborate with product engineers to meet platform needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in production support, development, and DevOps.
- Proficient in managing cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in remote robotics tooling.
- Experience with Enterprise AuthN/AuthZ for secure identity management.
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
