Base Salary
$65k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Stay current with the platform’s capabilities, product enhancements, and relevant industry trends.
- Support the design and integration of technical solutions for new and existing clients.
- Lead technical discovery and solution discussions to understand client requirements and propose solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Create and maintain technical integration documentation.
- Partner with the Onboarding team to deliver an efficient, high-quality client onboarding experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during client onboarding.
- Interact with business and technology clients to answer questions about integration processes, best practices, and the company’s technology.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths, or a related Science or Commerce discipline is required.
- 0-6+ years of experience in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology-focused company is requested.
- Experience in integration support, sales engineering, software development, or a related discipline, preferably in an external customer-facing capacity, is required.
- Foundational knowledge and practical experience with HTML, JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs are required.
- Candidates should understand the design and implementation challenges of client solutions on SaaS platforms.
- Strong English verbal and written communication, customer-centric communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, curiosity, and willingness to learn are required.
- A proven track record of applying AI hands-on to real-world challenges, supported by a sophisticated understanding of core AI principles, is requested.
- Familiarity with the affiliate and/or digital marketing industry is preferred.
