Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, manage, and scale enterprise Kubernetes infrastructure (EKS/GKE).
- Oversee automated continuous platform optimization to eliminate manual tuning.
- Implement and manage intelligent resource automation platforms for workload management.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Finance teams to drive cost avoidance.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Mentor engineers and lead initiatives to enhance platform resilience and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or SRE managing Kubernetes at enterprise scale.
- Hands-on experience with intelligent resource automation platforms and scaling tools.
- Strong understanding of FinOps principles and cost avoidance strategies.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
- Deep expertise in AWS/GCP cloud services and containerization technologies.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills with a focus on aligning technical and business goals.
