Base Salary
$95k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the primary demo web application, portal, and vertical-specific fictional customer websites.
- Build and maintain end-to-end Genesys Cloud demonstrations, API integrations, realistic workflows, and technical storytelling experiences.
- Integrate AI, LLMs, MCP, prompt engineering, and automation into demos, workflows, troubleshooting, and internal tooling.
- Support and enhance AWS demo infrastructure, including cloud services, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, reliability, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Act as an escalation point for demo environment failures, configuration issues, integration problems, and field support requests.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partner teams on requirements, integrations, demo concepts, and tooling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Practical experience with AWS services including S3, CloudFront, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, React, and REST-based integrations.
- Familiarity with AI and LLM technologies, prompt engineering, orchestration tools such as MCP, vector search, or AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools, logging, and monitoring frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, communication, collaboration, self-direction, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SaaS, CCaaS, or cloud platform ecosystems is beneficial, and Genesys Cloud experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
