Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable code for Trust & Safety systems.
- Contribute across the full development lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product partners to build proactive safety systems.
- Guide and mentor engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Take ownership of complex technical problems and drive solutions with an agile mindset.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development and improve code quality.
- Champion responsible and inclusive use of AI in engineering workflows.
- Help shape a high-impact engineering culture that values innovation.
Requirements
- Typically requires 3–5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience in writing production-level software in a modern programming language.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects end-to-end and take ownership of outcomes.
- Effective collaborator with clear communication skills for technical and non-technical partners.
- Demonstrates an agile mindset and adapts quickly to changes.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Experience with ML-assisted development workflows and experimentation.
- Applies AI thoughtfully, validating outputs and using human judgment.
